2. Description of Service

QuickSinq provides automated synchronization between PayPal transaction data and Wave accounting software. Our service uses official APIs and OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access and transfer your financial data.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Review synced transactions for accuracy
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

5. Data Accuracy

While we use pattern recognition and smart mapping to categorize transactions, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of synced data. QuickSinq is a tool to assist with bookkeeping, not a replacement for professional accounting advice.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed annually as specified at the time of purchase. Founding member pricing is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the service does not meet your needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickSinq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Third-Party Services

QuickSinq integrates with PayPal and Wave. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PayPal Inc. or Wave Financial Inc. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will end, but you may request export of your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
